Cancellation Policy

Fees are non-refundable in the following situations: Non-Refundable Policy: Events Beyond 1. Policy Overview This policy outlines our stance on refunds for situations where we are unable to provide our products or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 2. Non-Refundable Situations Payments made to our company are non-refundable in the following situations: 2.1 Force Majeure Events: Including but not limited to: - Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.) - Acts of war or terrorism - Government actions or regulations - Public health emergencies or pandemics - Unexpected facility closures due to safety concerns 2.2 Third-Party Issues: Problems arising from third-party providers essential to our service delivery, such as: - Power outages - Internet or telecommunications failures - Supplier bankruptcies or sudden closures 2.3 Customer-Related Issues: - Failure to meet necessary prerequisites or requirements clearly communicated in advance - Invalid/false information provided (ex: false or no name, invalid phone number, not uploading you correct information for any services) - Unable to get in contact with you within 24 hours prior to your appointment. - No-shows or last-minute cancellations 3. Alternatives and Accommodations While refunds will not be issued in these situations, Kee Financial Services will make reasonable efforts to: 3.1 Reschedule the service or event to a mutually agreeable future date, if possible. 3.2 Provide a credit for future use, valid for 3 months from the original service date. 3.3 Offer an alternative product or service of equal or greater value, subject to availability. 4. Communication We will make every effort to notify customers as soon as possible if we become aware of any situation that may impact our ability to deliver the promised product or service. 5. Exceptions Kee Financial Services reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. 6. Agreement By making a purchase or reservation with Kee Financial Services, customers acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy for events beyond our control.
